Business Case Studies
Bite-sized business success stories to build trust and show your value in how you’ve helped your customers.
Business survival is tough today. So why not give yourself the best chance of landing that next client? As a Devon case study copywriter, I help SMEs, marketing teams, and client-facing creative agencies showcase their success stories through powerful, persuasive case studies that drive marketing, lead generation, and growth. Whatever industry or sector you’re in, your business success is more than just a backstory – it’s a powerful tool for marketing, lead generation, and growth waiting to be shared.
Effective business case studies tell the story behind the success. They reveal the challenges faced, the solutions provided, and the measurable outcomes achieved. They also serve as valuable social proof from genuine, satisfied customers who have benefitted from your expertise and experience – and there’s no higher accolade.
My case study copywriting has already helped businesses in Exeter and across the country create compelling accounts of their achievements and how their clients have benefited from their work – why not get me to do the same for your business? Prices from £295.
What are business case studies?
Business case studies are valuable tools that offer insights into effective problem-solving, strategic thinking, and results you helped to achieve. For potential customers looking to work with or buy from your business, a compelling case study will boost your authority in your sector or industry. It can also be a persuasive lead-generation tool with a high level of credibility.
A business case study overviews and documents a real-world business project focusing on your customer and how you helped them. Without going into tiny detail, it will outline the problem or challenge your client or customer faced and the strategy and solution you used to help them overcome it, followed by how you implemented it all. And if data is available, it should also document the results or the outcome. That data could be anything, such as increased productivity or sales, and your business’s impact in achieving it.
How can business case studies help your business?
A great case study can urge a potential customer to discover more and could be the deal-breaker when choosing you over a competitor. As a Devon case study copywriter, here are some ways that my case studies can help your business and people looking to use your services:

What’s the process for writing business case studies?
No two case studies are the same, and there isn’t a ‘one size fits all’ style that you have to stick to. How your finished case study looks and reads can be guided by your goals, which areas you want to focus on, and whether you have access to the results of your efforts. After we’ve had an initial chat to discuss the project brief and agree on costs and timescales, the case study writing process will usually involve some of the following steps:
For ease and accuracy, I record all interviews and have them digitally transcribed for review during the project.
“Graeme developed scientific case studies for our new website, highlighting some of the success stories that have come from academic/industry collaborations at the University of Exeter.
He was a pleasure to interact with, was very responsive, and willing to work to our tight timelines. His work was excellent, and I’m very pleased with the new content. I look forward to working with him again in the future!”
