Prestige Professional is a leading provider of specialist industrial and commercial cleaning and maintenance services across the South West. Following strong business growth, expanding teams, and an increasing client base, the company needed a full website refresh to better reflect its scale, professionalism, and continued success.

This commercial website copywriting project involved creating clear, structured, and persuasive website copy to support a complete online brand redesign and repositioning.

Project overview

Prestige Professional had gone from strength to strength since its founding in 2010. Originally operating on a more local scale near Callington in Cornwall, the business had grown into a trusted provider of industrial and commercial services across the South West and beyond. To reflect this growth, the company needed a new website that would:

  • Reflect its expanded service offering
  • Indicate its professionalism and reliability
  • Support commercial and industrial client acquisition
  • Improve clarity across multiple service divisions
  • Align with a full visual and structural redesign

Working alongside freelance web designer Dave Hallett, I developed a full set of website copy that lined up with the new site structure and updated brand direction.

I began with a single service page to set the tone, messaging, and structure before rolling the approved style out across the full site to give consistency across all divisions. SEO support was provided across selected pages by the design partner, so my focus was on clarity, structure, user experience, and conversion-led messaging.

The copywriting challenge

The main challenge was the site’s scale and structure. With three different service divisions, each containing multiple service pages, the website needed to feel:

  • Consistent across all sections
  • Clear and easy to navigate
  • Tailored to different service audiences
  • Confident without overcomplicating technical services

On top of that, the content also needed to balance:

  • Industrial and commercial credibility
  • Accessibility for non-specialist decision-makers
  • Strong service positioning across multiple offerings

My approach

With Prestige Professional offering a wide range of specialist industrial cleaning, maintenance, and hire services, one of the biggest priorities was to make the website copy feel easy to read without oversimplifying what the business does.

I developed a consistent tone of voice across every page, making technical services easy to understand while keeping the copy commercially focused. Rather than describing internal processes, the content was written around customer needs, helping visitors quickly identify the right service while reinforcing Prestige Professional’s experience and professionalism.

The results

After the first service page was approved, I used the same structure and messaging consistently across the rest of the web pages.

The finished copy gave Prestige Professional a clear, confident online presence that reflected the scale of the business and its services. It supported the complete website redesign, boosted the company’s position in the industrial and commercial sectors, and gave visitors a much clearer journey through the site.

Following approval, the copy was passed to Dave and the design team to populate the site. With photography and layout also finalised, the new website launched successfully in February 2024.
