Chris also came through with notes and supporting material before I started my competitor research. We also looked at what tone, style, and direction the new copy should take across each page. That would help give potential clients relevant, helpful, and easy to understand information.
As always, I completed one key page to make sure I hit the mark for tone, language, and style. With that one approved by Chris, the remaining pages followed suit. As Stenlake’s services can be complex, we aimed for pages that were short and easy to understand. Getting detail across using simple language is key to gaining the client’s confidence.
