Best Freelance Copywriter Of The Year – Winner!
Award season is getting into full swing once more. And many of our social timelines are erupting with friends or colleagues attending an event, or even celebrating a win. But one set of awards I look forward to each year are the SME News Awards. And this year I’ve picked up the ‘Best Freelance Copywriter Of The Year (Devon)’ award – again!
Despite all the good things they achieve, SMEs are often overlooked by more established business or industry awards. But SME News looks at specific regions or industries to celebrate “the success stories of one of the most important sectors in the UK economy over the last 12 months”. And, open to all SMEs, nominations can bring a prestigious win for entrants up and down the country.
Best Freelance Copywriter Of The Year – Winner!
Winning this award is totally unexpected. Especially as I picked up the same award from SME News last year as well. But two wins on the bounce tells me I’m doing something right. All the hard work over the last year has been recognised and made another challenging year worthwhile.
According to SME News: “We’re looking to celebrate enterprises that consistently provide the best services and products for their clients, allowing them to stand out within their representative fields. The Business Elite Awards are handpicked by SME News Magazine and based purely on comprehensive analysis and research undertaken by the wider group. This proven approach ensures we award on merit, not popularity and recognise the very best in business.”
But while two straight wins in the same category for 2020 and 2021 is most excellent, I can’t forget my 2019 award either – for Most Trusted Freelance Copywriter of the Year.
Copy that engages, informs, and (often) entertains…
From websites to blogs or product descriptions, I help every client and their business with crafted copywriting. And, together with exceptional service from start to finish, that means a positive outcome for everyone. Good, clear, and effective copy I’m proud to have written and a satisfied client. After all, it’s our clients who can make or break us. And every SME or freelancer should be striving to give the best service and product they can – all the time.
But I won’t let the win go to my head. Even though we’re fast approaching the end of 2021, there’s still time to create (award-winning) engaging, informative, and (often) entertaining copy for web and print for your business. Or at least to get your project booked in for 2022…
